Returns
Return cost of $49 per order
Delivery cost is not refunded
Returned products must not be used (due to hygiene aspects) and be in the same condition as when you received your product and include original packaging
If plastic packaging around the earrings has been broken you cannot return your earrings due to hygiene reasons
Rings and watches: if paper/price tag packaging around the ring or watch has been broken no return is accepted
Please follow our return process to send back your product: 1. Go to our return portal here to create your return. Enter your e-mail and order number (can be found on your order confirmation and packaging slip). Fill in the form to get further return instructions and your UPS return label by e-mail 2. Place the product in its original packaging along with your packing slip or a note stating your order number, and pack it securely (eg by reusing the packaging materials from your order) 3. Follow our instructions on e-mail and send back your product with UPS
We seek to handle returns and refunds as fast as possible. Please note that refunds are carried out with the same payment method as used for the original order and the return cost is deducted from the return amount
If you return a single piece from a combo, the entire discount will be adjusted according to the returned piece.
If you wish to make a claim kindly send us an e-mail to info@sparv.se and state your order number in addition to your contact details. If possible kindly send a picture or video of the fault so we can help you as fast as possible
